摘要

刀具路径优化算法在数控加工中具有重要的作用,可以提高加工效率、精度,降低成本和刀具磨损.文章介绍了刀具路径优化算法的分类和原理,探讨了刀具路径优化算法的实现步骤,展望了刀具路径优化算法的发展趋势,以期为刀具路径优化算法在数控加工中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Tool path optimization algorithm plays an important role in NC machining,which can improve machining efficiency,precision,reduce cost and tool wear.This paper introduces the classification and principle of the tool path optimization algorithm,discusses the implementation steps of the tool path optimization algorithm,and looks forward to the development trend of the tool path optimization algorithm,in order to provide reference for the application of the tool path optimization algorithm in CNC machining.
