The original control method for weighing coal feeders in power plants was mostly based on microcontrollers,which had many faults,simple recording,long troubleshooting time,high cost of spare parts,and was not conducive to the safe,stable,and economic operation of the unit.Changing it to DCS system control can achieve the transformation of hardware circuit control to software logic control,with simple configuration,complete fault records for easy identification of fault points,improving equipment reliability,saving maintenance costs,shortening defect elimination time,and ensuring the normal and stable operation of the unit.
