Research on Cable Design in Ship Electrical Design
Cable design plays a crucial role in the field of Marine electrical design,which,like the neural network of the hull,runs through the entire system to ensure the smooth operation of various components.This paper focuses on the core problem of cable design process-how to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the design in the constantly changing design environment,and adopts a novel method that integrates the attribute processing of detailed design drawings of AutoCAD and the advanced functions of three-dimensional modeling software AM12.Thus,efficient and accurate cable design is realized in the complex electrical design of ships.The research reveals that the composition of the cable book is complex and varied,which is affected by many factors,such as equipment displacement and node change.To meet these challenges,a comprehensive solution is proposed,including dynamic adjustment of cable path and length and automatic error detection.The actual case proves that this method can improve the design quality and efficiency significantly and shorten the design cycle.This research not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of cable design in ship electrical design,but also provides new ideas for similar complex engineering design fields.
