变电站预制舱组合设备的研究与应用

随着社会经济的发展,采用建筑结构的变电站很难适应现在新能源场站建设的趋势及需求.如何采用智能化、集成化、模块化的新技术方案改变传统的建筑结构模式,缩短建设工期,已成为当前需要解决的问题.用预制舱组合设备变电站模式替代传统变电站的房建工作,可大幅缩短土建施工周期.且其施工作业内容以吊装、拼接为主,安全控制点得到简化.此外,其大量电气安装、调试工作在出厂前已经完成,现场的工作量也大幅减少,可节约大量时间.文章针对预制舱组合设备在变电站中的应用进行研究,以期为变电站的进一步发展提供方法和参考.
Research and Application of Prefabricated Cabin Combination Equipment in Substation Based on New Energy Power Generation Projects
With the development of social economy,the substation with building structure is difficult to adapt to the current trend and demand of new energy station construction.How to use intelligent,integrated and modular new technology to change the traditional building structure mode and shorten the construction period has become a problem that needs to be solved.The construction period of civil construction can be greatly shortened by replacing the traditional construction work of substation with prefabricated cabin combined equipment substation model.And the construction work content is mainly hoisting and splicing,and the safety control point is simplified.In addition,a large number of electrical installation and commissioning work has been completed before the factory,and the workload on the site has been greatly reduced,which can save a lot of time.In this paper,the application of prefabricated cabin equipment in substation is studied in order to provide methods and references for the further development of substation.
