摘要

为解决锅炉运行中广泛存在的排渣堵塞问题,文章提出了创新的循环流化床锅炉双捅渣灰控阀的结构设计方案,阐述了这一新型阀门结构的关键部分,即驱动结构和螺旋式阀杆结构,并探讨了如何将这两个核心组件集成于循环流化床锅炉的双捅渣灰控阀中.研究结果表明,该结构设计不仅可以有效解决排渣堵塞问题,还能显著提高锅炉的运行效率和安全性,为新能源产业的可持续发展作出贡献.

Abstract

To solve the widespread problem of slag blockage during boiler operation,this article proposes an innovative structural design scheme for the dual slag ash control valve of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.The key parts of this new valve structure,namely the driving structure and the spiral valve stem structure,are elaborated in detail,and how to effectively integrate these two core components into the dual slag ash control valve of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is discussed in depth.The research results indicate that the new valve structure proposed in the article can not only effectively solve the problem of slag blockage,but also significantly improve the operational efficiency and safety of boilers,making a contribution to the sustainable development of the new energy industry.
