Solution to the High Temperature Fault of the Low Temperature Fresh Water Circulation Pump Motor on a Certain Ship
Three low temperature fresh water circulating pumps of a ship were damaged by high temperature overload during the trial voyage in September 2020.Based on the analysis and testing of the fault phenomenon,the impeller is evaluated and measured.After calculating the cutting amount of the impeller,the impeller is finally cut to solve the problem of overload and high temperature and ensure the normal cooling of the equipment.
