摘要

某船舶3台低温淡水循环泵在2020年9月试航时,均发生高温过载损坏现象.文章围绕故障现象进行分析测试,对叶轮进行评估测量,经过计算叶轮的切削量,最终采用切割叶轮解决过载高温问题,保证设备正常冷却.

Abstract

Three low temperature fresh water circulating pumps of a ship were damaged by high temperature overload during the trial voyage in September 2020.Based on the analysis and testing of the fault phenomenon,the impeller is evaluated and measured.After calculating the cutting amount of the impeller,the impeller is finally cut to solve the problem of overload and high temperature and ensure the normal cooling of the equipment.
