摘要

文章将以往分纸压线机的单纵切刀单压线结构改造为双压线双切刀结构,解决了传统换单等待时间长和资源浪费问题,换单时间从10 s减少到1 s.该优化在旧线升级时无需挪动大量设备,可直接替换,达到了提高换单速度及控制成本的效果.

Abstract

In this paper,the structure of single slitting cutter is changed to double slitting cutter,which solves the problem of long waiting time and waste of resources,and the time of changing order is reduced from 10 s to 1 s.The optimization does not need to move a lot of equipment when the old line is upgraded,and can be directly replaced,achieving the effect of improving the order exchange speed and controlling the cost.
