摘要

在机械化的农业生产过程中,农业机械对于推动农业发展有着重要影响.在此过程中,基轴制孔系零件数控加工过程中的质量控制尤为重要.文章分析了农业机械中基轴制孔系零件的特点,同时以实际案例为基础,分析了孔系零件数控加工过程中孔轴配合的选择、基面选择及具体数控加工流程,以期为提升农业机械设备安装质量提供借鉴意义,推动现代化农业建设进程.

Abstract

In the process of mechanized agricultural production,agricultural machinery has a significant impact on promoting agricultural development.To ensure that the role of agricultural machinery can be fully utilized,it is necessary to ensure the high-quality and efficient development of agricultural machinery.In this process,quality control in the CNC machining process of basic axis hole system parts is particularly important.Therefore,the article briefly analyzes the characteristics of basic axis hole system parts in agricultural machinery,and based on practical cases,analyzes the selection of hole and shaft fit,basic surface control,and specific CNC machining process in the CNC machining process of hole system parts,in order to provide reference significance for improving the installation quality of agricultural machinery equipment and promoting the process of modern agricultural construction.
