Based on statistical data and practical cases,this paper describes the current quality control status of the telescopic girder quaybridge project.The manufacturing process of the non-standard customized telescopic girder quaybridge is carried out in three stages:pre-design,production process and post-commissioning,and the structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the telescopic girder quaybridge are discussed.Based on the analysis and application of FMEA analysis method in the design and commissioning stage of non-standard customized shore bridge,in order to propose a suitable optimization plan,the quality management system of the opposite shore bridge is optimized from the two aspects of the formulation of process system and the promotion of personnel concept from the direction of the whole cycle,and the conclusion of the quality management of the extendable girder shore bridge project is drawn for reference.
