In the operation of high-speed railways,faced with factors such as track roughness,spring bar strength,and pre tightening force of fastener bolts,the problem of fastener spring bar fracture often occurs.In order to understand the causes of fastener spring bar damage,this article takes the failure standard of high-speed railway ballastless track fastener spring bar as the research objective.In the process of analyzing the spring bar buckle pressure,the rail resistance and rail overturning amount are used as references,Calculate the clamping limit data under different conditions,using the diameter and range of the spring bar as the judgment basis,and confirm the failure criteria of the spring bar in the test detection,providing reference for the maintenance and repair of railway system fasteners in China.
