Research on Combustion Control Technology Based on O2 and CO Concentrations for Large-scale Coal Powder Boilers
The research focuses on combustion control technology based on oxygen(O2)and carbon monoxide(CO)concentrations in large coal-fired boilers.Emphasis was placed on the importance of monitoring O2 and CO concentrations in optimizing combustion processes,improving energy efficiency,and reducing emissions.Introduced the working principle of coal powder boilers,the basic theory of combustion process,and the main factors affecting combustion efficiency.The focus was on the application of adaptive control,intelligent predictive control,and optimization control technologies in combustion management.Through practical case analysis,the effectiveness of control technology based on O2 and CO concentrations in improving combustion efficiency and reducing NOx emissions was demonstrated.
