摘要
为了提升化工生产过程中的控制效果,深入探讨了先进控制策略的应用及其性能评估.分析了化工生产过程控制的理论基础,阐述了先进控制策略的原理与分类.采用案例分析方法,具体研究了控制策略在实际化工生产中的应用效果,并利用控制性能指标、稳定性与鲁棒性评价等方法对控制策略的性能进行了全面评估.结果表明,先进控制策略能显著优化化工过程的控制质量,提高生产效率和经济性.
Abstract
In order to improve the control effect in chemical production process,the application of advanced control strategy and its performance evaluation were discussed.The theoretical basis of chemical production process control is analyzed,and the principle and classification of advanced control strategy are expounded.The application effect of the control strategy in actual chemical production is studied by case analysis,and the performance of the control strategy is evaluated comprehensively by means of control performance index,stability and robustness evaluation.The results show that the advanced control strategy can significantly optimize the control quality of chemical process and improve the production efficiency and economy.
