摘要
在电解铝厂的生产过程中,车间阳极组装设备装配是确保其安全的关键环节,对于提高经济效益和社会效益至关重要.然而,在实际操作中,仍然存在着一些隐患和不足之处,导致在装配时出现错误,造成设备出现故障以及性能下降.文章重点阐述了当前车间阳极组装设备装配存在的隐患以及影响,并通过选择阳极组装方案以及分析阳极组装设备装配要点,以期提高车间的装配质量,提升电解铝厂的经济效益.
Abstract
In the production process of electrolytic aluminum plant,the assembly of workshop anode assembly equipment is the key link to ensure its safety,and it is very important to improve economic and social benefits.However,in actual operation,there are still some hidden dangers and shortcomings,resulting in errors during assembly,resulting in equipment failure and performance degradation.This paper focuses on the hidden danger and influence of anode assembly equipment assembly in the current workshop,and through selecting the anode assembly plan and analyzing the main points of anode assembly equipment assembly,in order to improve the assembly quality of the workshop and enhance the economic benefit of the electrolytic aluminum plant.
