摘要
面向智能制造的工业机器人具有核心优势,能够替代绝大多数人工操作,实现智能化搬运、组装、拆捆、测温取样等工序.工业机器人是集成了各类现代科技发展而来的全过程控制技术,具有自动化程度高、精度高等优势,由此得到了大范围的推广应用.文章探讨了工业机器人的技术和构成以及智能制造行业的发展趋势,分析了工业机器人在智能制造中的应用.
Abstract
Industrial robots for intelligent manufacturing have core advantages and can replace most manual operations to achieve intelligent handling,assembly,unbundling,temperature sampling and other processes.Industrial robot is a whole process control technology that integrates all kinds of modern science and technology,and has the advantages of high automation and high precision,which has been widely promoted and applied.This paper discusses the technology and composition of industrial robots and the development trend of intelligent manufacturing industry,analyzes the application of industrial robots in intelligent manufacturing.
