Abstract
This paper discusses the security risks in power grid dispatching,such as shift handover,monitoring,electrical operation,etc.,points out the shortcomings of the automatic dispatching management system,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.By strengthening the technical application of power grid automation dispatching system,innovating supporting equipment,formulating scientific and reasonable safety protection measures and building efficient safety operation management system,the reliability of power grid dispatching can be improved to ensure the stable operation and efficient power supply of the power system.
