变电站高压室内施工区域智能安全防护装置

摘要
当前变电站现场施工区域安全防护措施所使用的标示牌、红布、围栏等为机械类安全措施,布置起来耗费大量人力、物力和时间,同时在施工作业过程中,极易被人改动,从而造成人员走错间隔,误碰带电设备或误操作,造成保护误动或人身触电事件.文章基于物联网技术研制了一种变电站高压室内施工区域智能安全防护装置,通过移动客户端设置和现场硬件模块部署,形成一道智能电子安全围栏,实时感应施工现场不安全行为并发出告警信号.现场应用表明,该装置能有效解决施工现场防护措施的现有问题.
Abstract
The current substation site construction area safety protection measures used by signs,red cloth,fence for mechanical safety measures,decorate cost a lot of manpower and time,at the same time in the process of construction,easy to be changed,resulting in the wrong interval,touch charged equipment or misoperation,cause protection accident or personal electric shock.In this paper,an intelligent security protection device is developed based on the Internet of Things technology.According to the actual site,through the mobile client setting and the deployment of the field hardware modules,an intelligent electronic security fence is formed to sense the unsafe behaviors on the construction site in real time and send an alarm signal.Field application shows that the device can effectively solve the existing problems of protective measures on the construction site.
