船体自动化加工技术作为船舶工业智能制造的关键领域之一,对于提高生产效率、优化生产过程、降低能源消耗、确保产品质量以及推动船舶工业可持续发展具有重要作用.文章概述了船体自动化加工技术及船舶智能制造技术,阐述了船体自动化加工技术在船舶智能制造中的应用,同时分析了船体自动化加工技术在船舶智能制造中应用的优势与未来,以期为船舶工业智能制造的未来发展提供有益的参考与启示.
Abstract
As one of the key areas of intelligent manufacturing in the shipbuilding industry,automated hull processing technology plays an important role in improving production efficiency,optimizing production process,reducing energy consumption,ensuring product quality and promoting the sustainable development of the shipbuilding industry.This paper summarizes the automatic hull processing technology and intelligent ship manufacturing technology,expounds the application of automatic hull processing technology in intelligent ship manufacturing,and analyzes the advantages and future of application of automatic hull processing technology in intelligent ship manufacturing,in order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the future development of intelligent ship manufacturing.
