Analysis of Total Station Power Loss Caused by Anti Jump Relay
At present,the anti-jump relay of the high voltage switch cabinet usually adopts electromagnetic relay.When the high voltage switch cabinet vibrates,the contact of the relay is easy to be switched on,causing the circuit breaker to trip incorrectly,resulting in power failure of the equipment.In this paper,based on the structure and principle of the anti-jump relay,the whole station power loss event caused by it is analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the conventional anti-jump relay is easy to misjump,the microcomputer is used to protect its own contacts and coordinate with necessary logic programming to solve the problem.This method can replace the conventional relay,avoid the switch misoperation trip caused by vibration,and realize the switch anti-jump function.
