Tower crane is the most important lifting machinery on the site,which is of great significance to improve the working efficiency of workers and accelerate the construction process.However,due to the many risk factors in the installation and removal of tower cranes,coupled with the lack of safety management of tower cranes on construction sites,more serious safety accidents may occur.In this regard,the paper expounds the structure of the tower crane,analyzes the factors of the safety accident of the tower crane,and puts forward the implementation measures of the safe operation and accident prevention of the tower crane,which provides the basis for the relevant departments and managers to standardize the operation process of the tower crane and eliminate various risk factors in the operation of the tower crane.
