文章围绕工程机械再制造技术进行了深入分析,介绍了工程机械损伤的分类与常见形式,以及再制造技术在表面工程、无损检测、纳米修复等方面的应用.对再制造技术的具体操作进行了分析,并阐述了再制造技术对延长工程机械设备使用寿命、资源节约和环境保护的重要意义.
Abstract
The article provides an in-depth analysis of the remanufacturing technology of construction machinery,introducing the classification and common forms of damage in construction machinery,as well as the applications of remanufacturing technology in surface engineering,non-destructive testing,nanorepair,and other fields.Subsequently,an analysis was conducted on the specific operations of remanufacturing technology,and the important significance of remanufacturing technology in extending the service life,resource conservation,and environmental protection of construction machinery and equipment was elaborated.
