Optimization and Upgrade Strategies of Distributed Control Systems(DCS)in Chemical Automation
In order to improve the performance of DCS in the field of chemical automation,this article deeply analyzes the current application status and main problems of DCS in the chemical industry,and explores the optimization and upgrading strategies of DCS.A series of optimization measures for control strategy,data management,intelligence,safety and energy efficiency management are proposed,and detailed upgrading strategies such as hardware equipment upgrade,software system update,system integration improvement,and human-machine interaction interface optimization are elaborated.Research has shown that these strategies not only contribute to improving the performance of DCS systems,but also enhance the safety,stability,and economic benefits of chemical production,which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
