为稳定控制聚全氟乙丙烯聚合反应温度,文章采用杭州和利时自动化有限公司生产的MACS V6.5.4正式版DCS控制系统,要求实现一键聚合功能,聚合反应温度控制指标为100±1℃.在控制过程中聚合温度存在大滞后、循环水压力波动大、温度变化较大、单体流量变化频繁等难点.该控制方案在不改变原有工艺条件及设备的前提下,通过模糊PID控制手段,实现了聚合反应温度控制的控制指标.
Temperature Control of Polymerization Reaction of Perfluoroethylene Propylene Based on DCS System
In order to stably control the temperature of the polymerization reaction of perfluoroethylene propylene,the article adopts the MACS V6.5.4 official DCS control system produced by Hangzhou Helishi Automation Co.,Ltd.,which requires the implementation of one click polymerization function,and the temperature control index of the polymerization reaction is 100±1℃.In the control process,there are difficulties such as large lag in polymerization temperature,large fluctuations in circulating water pressure,significant temperature changes,and frequent changes in monomer flow rate.This control scheme achieves the control indicators of polymerization reaction temperature control through fuzzy PID control without changing the original process conditions and equipment.
