Substation Open Equipment Porcelain Bottle Automatic Cleaning Device
The article proposes a method of using automated machines instead of manual cleaning to address the problems of severe porcelain bottle pollution flashover,poor flushing effect with charged water,and time-consuming and labor-intensive manual cleaning in coastal substations.By simulating manual 360 ° simultaneous cleaning and increasing friction appropriately,an automatic cleaning device for open equipment porcelain bottles has been designed,manufactured,and applied to replace manual high-altitude operations,making porcelain bottle cleaning safer and more efficient.Research has shown that this device can safely and efficiently remove dirt from the surface of porcelain bottles,without the need for manual climbing,improving the electrical performance,reliability,and safety of the equipment during operation.
