摘要

通过对PLC编程控制系统的优越性和石油化工企业油罐厂区管理的重要性进行分析,设计了基于电气自动化技术的PLC编程控制系统,其硬件系统主要由PLC设备、传感器、PID控制器以及其他的转换和传输设备组成,软件设计主要依托RSLogic5000编程软件,分析自动化控制流程,最后借助CAK6163型号的电动通用式车床模拟系统工作环境,分析系统工作延时和工作效率,结果表明与传统的控制系统相比,文章研究的控制系统自动化程度更好,反应时间和处理效率也更强.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the superiority of PLC programming control system and the importance of the management of oil tank plant in petrochemical enterprises,the PLC programming control system based on electrical automation technology is designed.The hardware system is mainly composed of PLC programming control system,sensor,PID controller and other conversion and transmission equipment.The software design relies on RSLogic5000 programming software to analyse an automated control process.Finally,with the help of a CAK6163 electric universal lathe to simulate the working environment,the delays and efficiency of the system are analyzed.The results prove that the control system studied in this paper is more automated than traditional control systems.Reaction time and processing efficiency are also higher.
