A New Type of Smart Capacitive Sensor Design
This research aims to improve the traditional capacitive proximity sensors with poor anti-interference ability and frequent false triggers,based on a full investigation of the development status of sensors at home and abroad and the application market,the hardware of the new intelligent capacitance sensors is redesigned with oscillating circuits,microcontroller control circuits and IO-LINK drive circuits,and the software uses adaptive voting algorithms and automatic demonstration teaching functions.The new intelligent capacitance sensor in the installation mode to support three-core cable IO-LINK mode,can be realized simply and quickly on the sensor's process data to expand the diagnosis,enhance the current stage of the capacitance sensor's level of intelligence,and at the same time for the same kind of new product research and development to provide an effective a solution.
