摘要
茂名石化20万t/a聚丙烯装置产品排放系统PDS切断阀,由于阀门的高速开关和高频次动作,要求其具有非常强的耐受力和耐磨性能,且对执行机构及附件的要求也很高.文章介绍了聚丙烯装置高频PDS阀门的故障状况,对故障进行了分析并采取了改进措施,以降低其故障率,提高使用寿命.
Abstract
Maoming Petrochemical 200,000 t/a polypropylene device product discharge system PDS cut-off valve,due to the valve's high-speed switching and high frequency of action,it is required to have a very strong resistance and wear resistance,and the actuator and accessories are also very high requirements.Based on this,the paper introduces the failure condition of high frequency PDS valve in polypropylene plant,analyzes the failure and expounds the measures taken to reduce the failure rate and increase the service life.
