Analysis and Treatment of Uneven Combustion of Gas Turbines on Offshore Platforms
As a type of engine with high power density, fast reaction speed, high reliability, small size and light weight, light industrial gas turbines are widely used in various industrial fields. They are also commonly used for power generation operations in offshore oil field exploitation and other industrial fields.Gas turbines usually have single fuel mode and dual fuel mode.In fields such as oilfield development, the accompanying natural gas from the oilfield is often used as fuel to reduce fuel costs. If the combustion of the gas turbine is insufficient and uneven, there is often a large difference between the T5 temperature and the T5 average temperature. At this time, the unit is in danger of shutdown, which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit and the stable supply of oil field electricity. This article focuses on the uneven combustion of typical light industrial gas turbines.By summarizing practical situations and extending the analysis through analogy, the article conducts principle analysis, reason exploration, and measure research, and elaborates on typical practical treatment technologies. The aim is to provide some practical experience for dealing with such uneven combustion of light gas turbines.
