摘要
转盘驱动装置是石油钻机的核心部件之一.常规的转盘驱动装置是高速交流变频电机,其通过齿轮减速箱驱动转盘工作.文章研制的ZJ50DB型石油钻机直驱转盘采用低速大扭矩交流变频电机直接驱动转盘工作,取消了大型传动机构齿轮减速箱,简化了传动方式,减少了中间故障点,降低了维护保养成本,整体尺寸小,质量轻,方便拆装和运输.
Abstract
The turntable drive device is one of the core components of oil drilling rigs.The conventional turntable drive device is driven by a high-speed AC variable frequency motor through a gear reducer to work on the turntable.The ZJ50DB oil drilling rig developed in this article adopts a low-speed and high torque AC variable frequency motor to directly drive the turntable,eliminating the need for a large transmission mechanism gear reducer,simplifying the transmission mode,reducing intermediate fault points,and reducing maintenance costs.The overall size is small,the weight is light,and it is convenient for disassembly and transportation.
