摘要
增材制造(3D打印)是新兴制造业,集合了信息网络技术、先进材料技术及数字制造技术,广泛应用于汽车、电子、医疗、航空航天、建筑等领域.文章针对FFF技术3D打印设备在高强度、高分子材料的使用过程中,对挤出喷嘴磨损大等问题提出红宝石在FFF技术3D打印设备挤出中的应用方案.从材料硬度、光洁度、导热系数等方面认证其与3D打印挤出系统的相关性.实践表明,该应用可提高挤出喷嘴对材料的适用性并延长其使用寿命,降低挤出喷嘴使用成本.
Abstract
Additive manufacturing(3D printing)is a new manufacturing industry,a collection of information network technology,advanced material technology and digital manufacturing technology,widely used in automotive,electronics,medical,aerospace,construction and other fields.Aiming at the problems of high strength and high polymer material in FFF 3D printing equipment,the paper puts forward the application scheme of ruby in FFF 3D printing equipment.Certifies its relevance to 3D printing extrusion systems in terms of material hardness,finish,thermal conductivity,etc.The practice shows that the application can improve the applicability and service life of the extrusion nozzle to the material and reduce the cost of the extrusion nozzle.
