直流传动系统在地下矿山提升机调速中的应用

传统的交流传动系统技术成熟,但在某些特定场合(如地下矿山)中存在维护成本高、效率低等缺点.文章提出直流传动系统在地下矿山提升机调速中的应用,介绍了西门子80系列直流传统系统的配置,探讨了该传动系统在地下矿山提升调速中的应用.实验结果表明,直流传动系统下提升机能够根据实际负载情况快速且平稳地调节运行速度,证实了直流传动系统在地下矿山提升机的调速及控制中应用效果良好.
Application of DC Transmission System in Underground Mine Elevator
Although the traditional AC transmission system has mature technology,it has some disadvantages in some certain occasions,such as underground mine,including high maintenance cost and low efficiency,and proposes the application of DC transmission system in underground mine hoist.First,the configuration of Siemens 80 series of traditional DC system is introduced,and then the application of the transmission system in the promotion of DC speed regulation in underground mines is discussed.The experimental results show that the DC drive system can adjust the running speed quickly and smoothly according to the actual load situation,which proves that the DC transmission system is very well used in the speed regulation and control of underground mine hoist.
