摘要
HXN5B内然机车是中车戚墅堰机车有限公司自行研制的大功率交流传动调车内燃机车,是一款适用于大、中型编组站的编组,调车、以及小运转作业的高品质"节能、环保"型调车内燃机车,是目前我国铁路大、中型编组站作业的主型调车机车.其中HXN5B机车主辅发电机于2014年开始试修,且生产节点紧凑,试验检测中出现了安装困难、测量结果不精准等问题,对生产进度产生了一定的影响.文章在此基础上提出了改进方案.
Abstract
HXN5B internal locomotive is a high-power AC transmission shunting diesel locomotive developed by CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive Co.,LTD.It is a high-quality"energy saving and environmental protection"shunting diesel locomotive suitable for large and medium-sized marshalling stations,shunting,and small operation operations,and is currently the main type of shunting locomotive for large and medium-sized railway marshalling stations in China.Among them,the HXN5B locomotive main and auxiliary generators began trial repair in 2014,and the production nodes were compact,and problems such as installation difficulties and inaccurate measurement results appeared in the test and detection,which had a certain impact on the production schedule.On this basis,the paper puts forward the improvement scheme for reference.
