摘要
总结了国内外PLC产品及PLC通信环节涉及的总线和通信协议,介绍了国产PLC在通信方面的技术特点,并基于该PLC产品设计了一套智慧工厂PLC控制自动化生产线应用方案.经工业现场试验,验证了国产PLC的实用性及设计方案的可行性.
Abstract
The bus and communication protocols involved in PLC products and PLC communication at home and abroad are summarized,the technical characteristics of domestic core PLC in communication are introduced,and a set of PLC control application scheme for smart factory is designed based on this PLC product.The practicality of the domestic core PLC and the feasibility of the design scheme are verified by the industrial field test.
