Research and Application of Automatic Surge Measurement Method for Centrifugal Compressors Based on T880 System
The article focuses on the requirements of the control system for compressor surge based on on-site measurement,and introduces the automatic surge measurement method for centrifugal compressors based on the SIL3 level Triple Redundant Error Tolerance(TMR)control system T880 system.It has been successfully applied to air centrifugal compressor equipment,maximizing the operating space of the compressor and avoiding energy waste while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
