摘要
文章根据现场实测压缩机喘振对控制系统的要求,重点介绍了基于SIL3等级的三重冗余容错(TMR)控制系统T880系统的离心式压缩机自动进行喘振实测的方法,并成功应用于空气离心压缩机设备,在保证机组安全稳定运行的前提下,最大限度地提高了压缩机的运行空间,避免能量浪费.
Abstract
The article focuses on the requirements of the control system for compressor surge based on on-site measurement,and introduces the automatic surge measurement method for centrifugal compressors based on the SIL3 level Triple Redundant Error Tolerance(TMR)control system T880 system.It has been successfully applied to air centrifugal compressor equipment,maximizing the operating space of the compressor and avoiding energy waste while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
