The 2×300 MW subcritical steam generator unit of Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Zhangjiakou Branch has problems with insufficient system output,high air compressor load,high compressed air consumption,high wear,and pipe blockage in its original positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system.The article introduces the factors that affect the operation of the ash conveying system,analyzes their causes,and proposes the use of pilot pneumatic conveying technology to transform the original ash conveying system.By comparing the performance parameters such as conveying pressure,gas consumption,conveying speed,output,and noise before and after the renovation,it can be concluded that the pilot pneumatic ash conveying system has significant advantages in the field of ash conveying.
