摘要
为优化电力工程进度管理,文章分析了当前电力工程进度管理存在的问题,探讨了人工智能技术的应用方向,通过智能规划、智能调度平台、智能监控系统完善进度计划,优化资源配置并实现全过程监控.研究表明,在人工智能的赋能下,电力工程进度管理可有效压缩工期、大幅提升资源利用率及显著提高管理决策科学水平.
Abstract
To optimize the progress management of power engineering,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current progress management of power engineering,explores the application direction of artificial intelligence technology,improves the progress plan through intelligent planning,intelligent scheduling platform,and intelligent monitoring system,optimizes resource allocation,and realizes full process monitoring.Research has shown that under the empowerment of artificial intelligence,progress management in power engineering can effectively compress project schedules,significantly improve resource utilization,and significantly enhance the scientific level of management decision-making.
