As an important equipment for railway maintenance and repair,the QS-650 screen cleaning car's operating device includes numerous rotating parts and supporting pins,and lubrication work is crucial.At present,there are many shortcomings in manual lubrication methods,such as untimely,missing,insufficient filling,and a lack of detailed records,which brings inconvenience to management.In addition,dust from the working environment is prone to entering lubricating components,exacerbating wear and affecting equipment performance.Especially for those pin shafts located on the inside of the device or under the vehicle,maintenance is difficult and there are safety hazards.To address these issues,this article proposes an automatic lubrication system solution.This system can accurately and timely lubricate each lubrication point,ensuring that each component is fully lubricated and reducing wear.At the same time,the system has lubrication recording function,which is convenient for management and tracking.By tracking the actual installation effect,we provide theoretical basis and experimental data for the engineering of the project,aiming to improve work efficiency and safety,ensure the stable operation of the QS-650 screening car,and provide strong support for railway maintenance and repair work.
