The valve core of nuclear power equipment will wear out after working for a period of time and needs to be replaced.However,the valve stem can generally continue to be used.To improve material utilization and save costs,the replaced valve core will be installed on the old valve stem.Using pin fixation as a component,during replacement,it is necessary to drill the pin and perform matching drilling operations to ensure high coaxiality between the opened hole and the old valve stem hole.It is necessary to study the pin drilling and matching drilling fixtures for the core component of the nuclear island regulating valve to ensure accuracy and efficiency during drilling and matching.
