摘要

随着开采层位压力的增加,140 MPa压力等级产品已不能完全满足超深油气井勘探开发的需求,迫切需要更高压力等级的井控装备.通过对现有API 6A标准分析,完善了175 MPa超高压井控装备的设计原理.研究了重大井口装备的抗高压、耐高温和耐腐蚀密封结构的关键技术.文章提出了新型的井口装备密封结构,并对密封结构的性能进行了实验验证.结果表明,该密封结构具有优良的抗高压、耐高温及耐腐蚀性能..

Abstract

With the increase of reservoir pressure,140 MPa pressure grade products can no longer fully meet the needs of ultra-deep oil and gas well exploration and development,and higher pressure grade well control equipment is urgently needed.Through the analysis of the existing API 6A standard,the design principle of 175 MPa ultra-high pressure well control equipment is improved.The key technologies of high pressure,high temperature and corrosion resistant sealing structure of major wellhead equipment are studied.A new sealing structure of wellhead equipment is proposed in this study.At the same time,the performance of the sealing structure is verified by experiments,and the results show that the sealing structure has excellent resistance to high pressure,high temperature and corrosion.
