Optimization of Hydraulic Circuit for Yaw Brake System of Wind Turbine
The yaw system and control system of wind turbines work together to keep the wind turbine in an upwind state.The yaw dampers of some wind turbines use yaw hydraulic calipers.In the operation of wind turbines in northern regions,problems such as jamming of yaw reducers and severe wear of yaw brake discs seriously affect the safe and stable operation of wind turbines,resulting in long-term shutdown and high maintenance costs.This article studies the working principle of the hydraulic circuit in the yaw system of wind turbines,conducts data analysis to identify the cause of faults,and proposes optimization solutions that can effectively solve on-site problems.
