The Application of Digital Twin Technology in the Design of Automatic Production Line
With the rise of Industry 4.0,digital twin technology has provided an important driving force for innovation and transformation in the manufacturing industry.Digital twins mainly establish virtual copies of physical entities through advanced simulation and modeling techniques,and use real-time data synchronization to simulate,predict,and optimize the performance of physical entities.Applying digital twin technology in the construction of automated production lines can significantly improve production efficiency,reduce failure rates,and lower maintenance costs,accelerating the entire product cycle from design to market.The article analyzes the challenges in automated production line design,introduces the specific application of digital twin technology in automated production line design,and proposes an intelligent digital center solution based on digital twin technology.
