Research on Slag Volume Monitoring System Based on Iaser Scanning Belt Conveyor
In order to accurately measure the residuum volume in tunnel construction,so as to accurately carry out overdigging early warning,a monitoring system based on laser scanning for the slag discharge volume of belt conveyor was studied.The system uses a ranging sensor to detect the changes in the floating and sinking amount of belt conveyor in real time,and carries out real-time dynamic automatic calibration of the initial zero position of belt conveyor without the need for regular no-load belt calibration.The residue amount measured in real time is compared with the theoretically calculated residue amount and uploaded to the cloud database center for use as big data.The deviation value measured each time can be compared with the deviation value of the cloud database center under the same conditions,so as to make the result more accurate and reliable for over-mining early warning.
