In recent years,under the premise that the raw ore processing capacity of a concentrator is basically flat,the workshop has carried out upgrading technical transformation work in order to improve the quality and recovery rate of concentrate products,and the process system has been continuously improved,and the newly installed power has also risen,resulting in an increase in production unit consumption,and the high level of single consumption has seriously restricted the production and development of the workshop.In order to further strengthen production management and strengthen full cost control,the workshop takes"reducing costs,increasing benefits,controlling risks,and strengthening management"as the main line of work,improves the awareness of cost control of the whole process,strengthens operation management,strengthens benchmarking ability,and enhances quality and efficiency,promotes the high-quality development of the company,and helps the company achieve production and operation objectives.
