Application of Automatic Control in Industrial Demineralized Water Engineering Based on Wincc and PLC
This paper discusses the application of Siemens Wincc and PLC in the automatic control of industrial debrine engineering from two parts:hardware design and software development,analyzes the production characteristics of industrial debrine(industrial water reuse)process,and designs a complete control system combined with control instructions.Through the precise control of the automation equipment,the work efficiency is significantly improved,while the processing quality is more stable and reliable.The real-time monitoring function of the system can accurately grasp the data and status of the processing process,which provides great convenience for the operator,so that more scientific decisions can be made.
