本研究旨在开发用于燃气滤清器的纳米纤维过滤材料并评估其性能,通过电纺丝技术制备了一系列纳米纤维膜并对其物理、化学和过滤性能进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的纳米纤维膜具有优异的孔隙结构和高比表面积,能够高效捕集颗粒物,并具有良好的耐热性和化学稳定性,进一步的性能测试表明,纳米纤维膜在燃气滤清器中表现出良好的过滤效率和持久性,为燃气净化技术的发展提供了可靠的材料基础.
Development and Properties of Nano-fiber Filter Materials in Gas Filter
The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate the properties of nanofiber filtration materials for gas filters.A series of nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technology and their physical,chemical and filtration properties were characterized.The results show that the prepared nanofiber membrane has excellent pore structure and high specific surface area,and can efficiently trap particles,and has good heat resistance and chemical stability.Further performance tests show that the nanofiber membrane has good filtration efficiency and durability in the gas filter,which provides a reliable material basis for the development of gas purification technology.
