高柔性自动化焊接生产线在汽车制造中的应用研究

摘要
随着汽车行业向着高效率,低成本,高质量方向发展,其要求越来越高,其中,高柔性自动化焊接生产线作为关键技术之一,对于提高汽车制造业竞争力至关重要.文章以汽车制造高柔性自动化焊接生产线为重点,从提高生产效率、降低制造成本、改善产品质量及提高生产线灵活性和适应能力等方面进行分析.介绍了构成高柔性自动化焊接生产线所涉及的关键技术.对其在车身结构高效焊接、多样化车型的快速适应和变换、高难度焊接任务的实现和整车组装线高度集成中的应用案例进行研究,以期对汽车制造业发展起到支持作用.
Abstract
With the development of the automobile industry towards high efficiency,low cost and high quality,its requirements are getting higher and higher,among which,the highly flexible automatic welding production line is one of the key technologies,which is crucial to improve the competitiveness of the automobile manufacturing industry.This paper focuses on the high flexibility automatic welding production line of automobile manufacturing,and analyzes the aspects of improving production efficiency,reducing manufacturing cost,improving product quality and improving the flexibility and adaptability of production line.The key technologies of high flexibility automatic welding production line are introduced.The application cases in efficient welding of body structure,rapid adaptation and transformation of diversified models,realization of difficult welding tasks and high integration of vehicle assembly line are studied in order to support the development of automobile manufacturing industry.
