摘要

某海外风电场230 kV升压站出现高压设备绝缘瓷瓶污秽放电现象,其高压设备外绝缘配置符合该地区现场污区等级要求,但在特殊条件下,仍发生了污秽放电现象,极易发生污闪事故.文章分析了该海外风电场230 kV升压站污秽放电的原因,提出了治理措施并应用了新一代特殊环境用的防污闪涂料,取得了良好效果.

Abstract

230 kV substation of overseas wind power plant appears pollution discharge phenomenon of the insulators of high-voltage equipment,its high-voltage equipment external insulation configuration meet the requirements of site pollution severity class of the area,but under special conditions,the phenomenon of pollution discharge still occurs,it's prone to occur pollution flashover accident.This paper analyzes in detail the reasons of pollution discharge,and puts forward management measures and applies new generation anti-pollution flashover coating for special environments,good result has been obtained.
