摘要
船用机械密封作为船舶机械设备的重要组成部分,其稳定运行直接关系到船舶的航行安全与经济效益.然而,在实际运行过程中,船用机械密封常因各种原因出现故障,导致设备性能下降,甚至引发安全事故,因此,做好船用机械密封常见故障的预防工作至关重要.文章通过深入分析船用机械密封常见故障形式,提出了有效的预防措施,可以确保机械密封装置的长期稳定运行,提高船舶机械设备的使用效率和安全性,为船舶的顺利航行提供有力保障.
Abstract
Marine mechanical seals,as an important component of ship mechanical equipment,have a direct impact on the safety and economic benefits of ship navigation due to their stable operation.However,in actual operation,marine mechanical seals often fail due to various reasons,leading to decreased equipment performance and even causing safety accidents.Therefore,it is crucial to do a good job in preventing common faults in marine mechanical seals.The article analyzes the common forms of faults in marine mechanical seals in depth and proposes effective preventive measures to ensure the long-term stable operation of mechanical seal devices,improve the efficiency and safety of ship mechanical equipment,and provide strong guarantees for the smooth navigation of ships.
