为了让圩区泵闸群实现信息化及自动化,文章对圩区泵站自动化控制系统进行设计,并以正交试验法为基础提出调度策略优化方案,通过9次正交试验,获得了各开机方案及运行规则的总能耗,随后通过对能耗排序获得了最佳调度方案.该方案不仅有效提高了圩区泵闸群自动化及信息化水平,还加强了调度控制,降低了总能耗.
Research on Automatic Dispatching Control Strategy for Pump Sluice Group in Weiqu District
In order to achieve informatization and automation of the pump gate group in the polder area,this article designs the automation control system of the polder pump station and proposes an optimization plan for scheduling strategy based on the orthogonal experimental method.Through 9 orthogonal experiments,the total energy consumption of each startup plan and operating rule is obtained.Then,the optimal scheduling plan is obtained by sorting the energy consumption.This plan not only effectively improves the automation and informatization level of the pump gate group in the polder area,but also strengthens scheduling control and reduces total energy consumption.
