摘要

烟草生产是一个能源密集型行业,烟叶烘烤环节是烟草生产过程中最重要、最耗能的环节之一,传统的烟叶烘烤工艺通常采用人工操作烘烤设备,能效较低,存在着能源浪费和生产效率低下的问题,随着自动化技术的不断发展和应用,探索烟草生产企业中的自动化烘烤工艺优化与能耗降低策略十分重要.文章设计了一套高效的自动化烘烤系统,并采用了多种节能措施.试验结果表明,优化后的烘烤工艺不仅能够显著降低能耗,还提高了生产效率,提升了产品质量.

Abstract

Tobacco production is an energy intensive industry,and the tobacco leaf baking process is one of the most important and energy consuming processes in tobacco production.Traditional tobacco leaf baking processes usually use manually operated baking equipment,which has low energy efficiency,energy waste,and low production efficiency.With the continuous development and application of automation technology,it is important to explore strategies for optimizing automated baking processes and reducing energy consumption in tobacco production enterprises.The article designs an efficient automated baking system and adopts various energy-saving measures.The experimental results show that the optimized baking process can not only significantly reduce energy consumption,but also improve production efficiency and product quality.
