电力是人们生产生活必需的能源,但燃煤发电会产生大量的NOx,不仅会造成环境污染,也会危害人体健康.做好脱硝喷氨工作有利于减少NOx的排放,但传统的脱硝喷氨控制系统无法精准调整喷氨量,而进行模型预测具有良好效果,因此利用分析法等方法对基于模型预测的脱硝喷氨矩阵控制系统应用进行了探究.在探究过程中分析了脱硝喷氨系统的影响因素与控制问题,探讨了脱硝喷氨系统建模及矩阵控制.探究结果表明,加强模型预测具有重要意义,所以需要在T-S模糊模型的基础上进行脱硝喷氨矩阵预测控制,从而精准控制喷氨量.
Research on Application of Matrix Control System for Denitration and Ammonia Injection Based on Model Prediction
Electricity is an essential energy source for people's production and daily life,but coal-fired power generation generates a large amount of nitrogen oxides,which not only causes environmental pollution but also endangers human health.Doing a good job in denitrification and ammonia injection is beneficial for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions,but traditional denitrification and ammonia injection control systems cannot accurately adjust the amount of ammonia injection,and model prediction has good results.Therefore,analytical methods and other methods were used to explore the application of a denitrification and ammonia injection matrix control system based on model prediction.During the exploration process,the influencing factors and control issues of the denitrification and ammonia spraying system were analyzed,followed by the exploration of the denitrification and ammonia spraying system modeling and matrix control.The exploration results indicate that strengthening model prediction is of great significance,so it is necessary to carry out denitrification and ammonia injection matrix predictive control on the basis of T-S fuzzy model,in order to accurately control the amount of ammonia injection.
